Unique A floating post office

In 21^st century where we only prefer the cells phone, mails and even video calls but there some still prefer post. In that way India is large country in amount of post offices.

In India there is around 1, 55,015 post offices, the figures were given on their own site which call by India post office till September 2017.

But today we are not calculating this one but one of this. A floating post office, yes there is a floating post office in India .which is situated in Shrinagar, in Jammu and Kashmir States.

This post office were constructed and inaugurated in August 2011. The lake in which this post office is floating is called Dal Lake, a beautiful lake which had continues tourist flow not only from India but worldwide.

This post office also a shop which sells postage stamps and other things too. One can shop for picture post cards, greeting cards, books on Kashmir, local souvenir items and stationary from this shop.

Another special feature of this post office is that the letters that are posted here carry a special design with pictures of scintillating landscapes of the Dal Lake and other Srinagar attractions. The museum in the post office showcases its history and several fascinating postage stamps.
